Three national-level competitions took place during the event, providing a platform for participants to demonstrate their expertise and technical skills. The winners of each competition are set to represent Vietnam in upcoming international contests.

Đỗ Kim Thanh Sang won the Dalatmilk Vietnam National Latte Art Championship 2026 (VNLC). Sponsored by Dalatmilk, the competition evaluated the technical proficiency and creativity of latte art. The winner will represent Vietnam at the World Latte Art Championship, scheduled to be held in Lisbon, Portugal, in 2027.

Nguyễn Mạnh Khiêm won the Vietnam National Brewers Cup 2026 (VNBrC). This competition evaluates skills such as manual coffee brewing techniques, flavor assessment, and presentation abilities; the winner will represent Vietnam at the World Brewers Cup, scheduled to take place in Bogotá, Colombia, in 2027.

In the tea sector, the Tea Masters Cup Vietnam 2026 concluded on October 10. Nguyễn Ánh Dương won the Tea Preparation category, while Nguyễn Sơn Lộc secured victories in both the Tea Tasting and Tea Synergy (tea and food pairing) categories. The winners of each category will represent Vietnam at the international Tea Masters Cup, showcasing tea culture and professional expertise.

The event served to discover professional talent in the coffee and tea sectors and provide opportunities for entry into the global market, while also highlighting the competitiveness of Vietnam’s coffee and tea industries through product exhibitions and business networking. Additionally, it provided a platform to showcase raw materials, processing technologies, equipment, and related services, fostering cooperation among participating companies and exploring possibilities for market expansion.

Meanwhile, following the Hanoi event, Cafe Show Vietnam 2027 is scheduled to take place from May 6 to 8, 2027, at Hall B of the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), located at 799 Nguyen Van Linh, Ho Chi Minh City. The upcoming event will again bring together companies and experts from the coffee, tea, and F&B sectors to share the latest products and industry trends and explore opportunities for business collaboration.
