Starting as Asia's first coffee fair and growing into a global coffee business platform, the Seoul Cafe Show this year highlights the diverse value and expansion of a single cup of coffee. Coffee, tea, dessert, raw and sub-material, and equipment brands from major producing countries such as Brazil, Colombia, Panama, and Costa Rica, as well as the US, the Netherlands, Australia, and Japan, gather in one place to showcase the latest trends across the cafe industry.

In Hall A, one of the core spaces where the most visitors gather each year at the Seoul Cafe Show, under the theme "Cafe Innovation Bank," visitors can see the entire flow of the cafe industry at a glance—from new startups to brand expansion and operational strategies. It presents practical startup items such as equipment, raw and sub-materials, bakery, and ice cream, as well as differentiation strategies including menu development, customer experience, and space concepts. In particular, it is expected to be a tailored space where prospective entrepreneurs and cafe operators can design strategic directions and gain insights for successful store operation.

Hall B, an emotional space gathering tea, dessert, sensory goods, tableware, and interior items that—along with coffee—make up a cafe, hosts diverse brands fitting "Cafe Life Inspiration" to complete everyday tastes. It offers visitors trendy space-styling ideas and tea-and-dessert pairing trends through direct experience, delivering special inspiration to cafe interior designers, dessert brand operators, and lifestyle MDs.

At "Multi-Sensory Coffee Tasting" in Hall C on the 3rd floor, visitors can experience the entire process from green coffee beans to a finished cup of coffee through all five senses. Visitors can taste beans from various origins and directly compare and experience the latest equipment—roasters, smoke extractors, grinders, coffee machines, brewing tools, and water filters—to explore solutions suited to their own coffee tastes and businesses.

In particular, the "Coffee Alley" space, moved to Hall C, features famous overseas roastery cafes not yet experienced domestically—from the UAE and the Netherlands—offering a chance to experience diverse global specialty coffees. Roasteries that have produced numerous world barista champions also participate, including UAE's "Archers Coffee," known for maximizing the inherent character of beans through precise roasting, and the Netherlands' "DAK Coffee Roasters," allowing visitors to experience the diverse spectrum of specialty coffee.

The final Hall D, under the theme "Premium Brand Curation," allows visitors to check at a glance the signature menus of emerging domestic and international roasteries and the latest machine trends, drawing the attention of coffee experts, baristas, and import/distribution professionals contemplating the future of the coffee industry.

Along with this, the Seoul Cafe Show presented "B.E.Y.O.N.D (Cafe: An Era of Resonance)" as the 2026 coffee industry trend keyword. It is a word predicting the changes of ▲Better Community ▲Everyday Wellness ▲Your Moment ▲Original Local (loconomy) ▲Nature Forward (sustainability) ▲Digital Touch (technological innovation), embodying the meaning of the cafe transforming beyond a space for drinking a cup of coffee into a platform where people and brands, regions and technology, and the natural elements of emotion resonate with consumers.

The World Coffee Leaders Forum, held concurrently with the Seoul Cafe Show, is Asia's only global coffee knowledge platform with participation from over 75 countries, held with the sponsorship of the UN agency International Coffee Organization, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Korea Tourism Organization, the Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the Specialty Coffee Association. This year's World Coffee Leaders Forum, under the theme "The Architects of Gastronomic Experience," expands its scope into the F&B industry including coffee, sharing insights on customer experience from domestic and international leaders.

With world coffee champion baristas and coffee producers among the speakers, the "Plenary" session, where attendees can communicate with industry leaders, features speakers such as Heeyoung Noh, CEO of the Food & Beverage Research Institute, and Mingyu Jeong, lead designer of The Hyundai VMD team at Hyundai Department Store. They will share success experiences and know-how in coffee, branding, and customer experience.

The "Champion Session" of the World Coffee Leaders Forum features the 2025 World Brewers Cup Champion George Jinyang Peng and the 2025 World Coffee in Good Spirits Champion Georgius Audrey Teja of Indonesia, showing changes in the global coffee market through experts.

In addition, the Seoul Cafe Show offers various side events, including the Seoul Coffee Festival, which unfolds beyond the exhibition hall across downtown Seoul. Through the "Cafe Show AI Guide" service, it provides maps, multilingual interpretation, booth locations across all COEX halls (A–D), amenities, and movement routes at a glance, along with a personalized booth recommendation service.

A Seoul Cafe Show official said, "This year, under the theme 'One Cup, All Worlds,' the Seoul Cafe Show emphasizes the value of connection and expansion that coffee creates, presents new possibilities for the industry through the stories of origins, cities, brands, and creators contained in a single cup, and aims to be a platform where the global coffee community grows together."
Meanwhile, the 24th Seoul Cafe Show, which opened today, will run through Saturday the 22nd across all halls of COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul, with various programs, and admission tickets can also be purchased on-site. <End>
